Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales)

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles and support other corporate functions as needed
• advise sales leaders and hiring managers on selection strategy and candidate assessment
• develop sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines
• screen applicants and maintain ATS records
• conduct recruiter screens
• coordinate interviews
• explain sales compensation models
• extend, negotiate, and close offers
• report pipeline status and identify bottlenecks
• contribute to hiring workflows and headcount planning.
