What you'll do

• Receive and track incident reports and related documentation through the Brittco system
• verify required information and supporting documents
• identify missing, conflicting, unclear, or duplicate information
• determine whether reports are administratively ready or need clarification
• document outstanding requirements and follow-up
• route reports that meet intake requirements
• notify the Investigative Services Manager of significant or time-sensitive concerns
• participate in the SCBDD on-call process once every six months
• cross-train in MUI intake duties and assist as needed.
