Warehouse Associate — 2nd or 3rd Shift

The Warehouse Associate role is onsite at NSK’s HUB Plant in Franklin, IN. Compensation is $20–$23.75 per hour, including a $2 per hour shift premium for second- and third-shift openings. Available shifts are 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. NSK supplies bearings, linear motion, and automotive components. The role moves parts and finished goods to and from manufacturing operations, supporting production flow and accurate product handling. It also maintains inventory records, follows safety procedures, and keeps warehouse areas organized.

What you'll do

• Record part and lot numbers accurately and apply proper labels
• move products according to material-handling guidelines
• inspect material-handling equipment daily
• receive and unload shipments
• place merchandise on pallets, shelves, or carts
• transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, trucks, and trailers
• stock production lines
• drive a yard mule
• label and package products
• perform cycle counts and inventory
• maintain activity records and warehouse cleanliness.
