What you'll do

• Research and resolve claim denials, insurance and patient credits, and account inquiries
• prepare appeals according to insurance protocols
• document account actions and communications in the practice management system
• track denial trends by payer, provider, and code
• coordinate with internal teams on billing issues
• file secondary claims with required primary insurance EOB attachments
• process payments and designated account cases.
