What you'll do

• Plan, oversee, facilitate, and document client treatment
• conduct initial and follow-up assessments
• develop and update individual treatment plans
• facilitate or co-facilitate individual, group, or family sessions as needed
• coordinate care and referrals
• provide crisis intervention and de-escalation
• and maintain confidential, accurate records and required training.
