What you'll do

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies
• lead sourcing for direct and indirect categories
• monitor commodity markets and supplier risks
• lead RFx events, supplier evaluations, bid analysis, selection, and contract negotiations
• partner with Finance on spend analysis, savings, budgeting, and reporting
• manage supplier relationships and performance
• maintain risk-management processes and sourcing policies
• collaborate on material qualifications, alternate suppliers, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and production continuity
• use ERP and supplier-management tools
• lead and develop sourcing resources as assigned.
