The detailer contributes to the team by performing paint touch-ups, interior cleaning, and minor cosmetic repairs to deliver vehicles that exceed customer expectations.

What you'll do

• Perform thorough cosmetic inspections to identify detailing needs and ensure vehicles meet CarMax quality standards.
• Repair and replace small components, ensuring functionality and visual appeal.
• Execute paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to CarMax quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following CarMax protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
