Senior Recruiter – Commercial Real Estate

• Source candidates and build pipelines
• develop and update job descriptions and specifications
• document job requirements
• prepare recruitment materials and post openings
• support Mid-Atlantic hiring, especially property management, engineering, tenant services, and brokerage roles
• screen applications
• conduct interviews and assess candidates
• prepare recruiting reports
• maintain candidate relationships
• promote the company’s reputation as a place to work.
