What you'll do

• Lead merger and buy-side financial due diligence from scoping through client presentation
• analyze financial performance, earnings, capital, liquidity, asset quality, loans, investments, deposits, and profitability
• lead loan portfolio and credit diligence
• assess purchase accounting and fair value marks
• identify risks and value drivers
• prepare reports and presentations
• manage scope, budgets, timelines, and client communications
• collaborate with specialists
• supervise team members and review work
• support proposals, client relationships, and practice development.
