The Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Attorney — Claims Litigation role is onsite in Princeton, NJ, with a starting salary of $100,000–$140,000 per year. The attorney joins CURE Auto Insurance’s internal claims counsel team, working alongside legal, insurance, and business operations subject matter experts. The role represents CURE in PIP and coverage litigation from case inception through trial or other resolution. It supports prompt claim resolution through case analysis, litigation strategy, arbitration and court work, settlement negotiations, and collaboration with the Claims Department.

What you'll do

• Manage PIP and coverage litigation cases in Forthright and Superior Court
• analyze assigned cases under staff counsel policies and procedures
• collaborate with Claims on litigation objectives and claim resolution
• prepare and respond to arbitration demands, pleadings, and discovery
• handle arbitration submissions and Rule 35 dismissal applications
• plan, take, and defend examinations under oath and depositions
• attend arbitrations, hearings, and pretrial matters
• prepare and try cases
• draft and argue post-arbitration or trial motions and appeals
• and negotiate settlements.
