Assistant Estimator — Heavy Civil Mechanical

What you'll do

• Prepare bids for mechanical scopes
• perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications
• review bid documents, plans, and addenda for scope requirements and risks
• solicit and organize vendor and subcontractor quotes
• attend job walks and pre-bid meetings
• prepare bid packages and pricing summaries
• review constructability and labor productivity
• maintain cost and material pricing databases
• contribute to project handoff documentation.
