What you'll do

• Set up new customers and maintain service plumbing files
• receive and schedule most incoming service plumbing calls
• submit and track warranty paperwork and parts
• review technician debriefs and follow up with customers to schedule service as needed
• assist with vehicle maintenance scheduling
• track parts orders and delivery schedules
• submit invoices, track open or unbilled jobs, collect installation down payments, and review invoices for accuracy
• assist HVAC customer service and dispatch as needed.
