Client Care Agent

What you'll do

• Review client monitoring data and service history
• coordinate client scheduling with service dispatchers
• establish relationships with new and existing service customers
• answer inbound calls
• review unassigned client accounts and connect clients with relevant services
• process documents and secure company materials and devices
• develop technical and customer service skills
• visit client offices or service sites as necessary
• arrange companywide travel
• handle certificates of insurance and W-9 documents.
