What you'll do

• Assign projects and balance workloads
• coach and develop engineers
• coordinate cross-functional launch teams through production release and PPAP approval
• manage schedules, milestones, budgets, and risks
• guide equipment, tooling, automation, and process decisions
• oversee production-readiness activities
• partner with Sales and Estimating
• monitor project spending
• standardize reporting and apply lessons learned.
