What you'll do

• Support restaurant floor operations and team members

• ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed
• review guest feedback and implement improvement plans
• communicate priorities and results
• support product rollouts and in-store setup
• enforce safety, food safety, sanitation, and legal requirements
• manage costs, inventory, labor schedules, staffing, vendor orders, budgets, and cash procedures
• recruit, onboard, develop, coach, and assist with performance appraisals.
