Advanced Water Technician

Job overview

The Advanced Water Technician works onsite in Allentown, PA, and the posting lists pay of $25–$27 per hour. The role supports water damage restoration projects and may serve as a local, regional, and national resource for the client. This Level 4 specialist leads crews and performs advanced assessment, drying, documentation, and remediation work on large-loss and specialized projects. The role helps protect customer property and deliver restoration work safely, accurately, and within project deadlines.

What you'll do

• Direct teams in appropriate PPE use
• review project requirements and document progress
• prepare field documentation, photographs, charts, and sketches
• create moisture and psychrometric records and determine drying objectives
• calculate moisture loads and affected areas
• assess equipment power needs
• inspect and maintain vehicles
• supervise multiple crews and projects
• travel periodically and work nights and weekends as required.
