What you'll do

• Operate the dishwashing machine to wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment
• clean food-service areas and production equipment
• follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• follow safety and loss-prevention procedures
• maintain required service-standard and regulatory documentation
• assist with receiving food and non-food supplies.
