The Home Health Aide works onsite in Miami Beach, FL, providing care in clients’ homes; the posting offers flexible full-time, part-time, weekend, evening, and live-in opportunities. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. BrightStar Care supports seniors and adults who need help at home so they can remain safely in their homes. The aide provides dependable personal care and companionship while helping clients maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life. Following individualized care plans and reporting changes to the Director of Nursing supports continuity and safety of care.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
• provide companionship and support during daily activities
• accompany clients to necessary outings
• assist with mobility exercises according to the care plan
• observe and document changes in condition and communicate them to the Director of Nursing
• follow individualized care plans
• maintain client privacy and confidentiality.

Why this role
