What you'll do

• Welcome members, prospective members, and guests
• maintain member documentation and records
• conduct studio tours and explain membership options
• support sales goals through outreach, follow-up, and lead generation
• build local community relationships
• support marketing initiatives and events
• maintain a clean studio
• communicate across in-person, phone, email, and text channels
• process transactions
• respond to inquiries and concerns.
