What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs involving lighting, plumbing, HVAC support tasks, electrical fixtures, and facility components
• complete and document work orders
• conduct preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and escalate when needed
• assist with room setups, moves, installations, inspections, and safety checks
• maintain supply inventory
• support vendors and facility projects
• follow lockout/tagout and OSHA procedures
• respond to employee maintenance requests and communicate status.
