IT Infrastructure Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and guide the IT team and provide direction for IT initiatives
• recruit, train, mentor, and coordinate team members
• identify and mitigate infrastructure, system, and application risks and upgrade needs
• develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• promote a service-oriented approach
• collaborate with internal and external teams
• delegate management of Microsoft IIS, Active Directory, Exchange, and physical and virtual servers
• coordinate onsite installation and integration of internal tools
• oversee network security and guide implementation of security measures.
