The Retail Manager (Hardware & Building Materials) role is onsite in Harrisonville, MO, with pay of $20–$25 per hour. The position leads operations at RP Lumber’s Harrisonville store, a building materials and hardware retailer. The manager develops showroom, yard, and back-office operations while coaching associates and supporting customer service, inventory accuracy, and store performance. The role also leads the store when the General Manager is away and contributes to sales, profit, safety, and operational goals.

What you'll do

• Lead by example at the sales counter, showroom, and register
• train and motivate associates
• resolve customer concerns
• support contractor and retail relationships
• oversee receiving, stocking, pricing, and product presentation
• maintain inventory and accurate records
• assist with sales and profit goals, scheduling, payroll, and reporting
• model safety and coach team members.
