What you'll do

• Manage the Registered Apprenticeship Program and its enrollment, orientation, progression, evaluations, documentation, instruction, and completion requirements
• coordinate required safety and compliance training
• maintain employee training, qualification, certification, and apprenticeship records
• develop curricula, lesson plans, practical exercises, and competency assessments
• coordinate classroom, hands-on, field, and online training
• develop bucket truck and hurt-man rescue training programs
• monitor regulatory and industry changes and update training.
