Field Service Technician

Job overview

The Field Service Technician role is based in Spokane, WA, with work at customer facilities and travel that may reach 100%. Compensation is $30–$45 per hour. What you'll do

• Install and set up packaging equipment and robotic systems to meet customer acceptance criteria
• train customer operators and maintenance personnel
• conduct onsite system evaluations to identify root causes
• install upgrades and retrofits from engineering drawings
• test and validate mechanisms to specifications
• document onsite findings and recommendations
• submit trip reports within 24 hours of leaving customer sites
• provide proactive customer follow-up and technical support when not scheduled for visits.
