Assistant Community Manager, Affordable Housing

The Assistant Community Manager role is onsite in Chicago, IL. Compensation is $24–$28 per hour. This role supports the Community Manager by managing resident recertifications and regulatory compliance while assisting with administration, rent collection, leasing, and resident relations. What you'll do

• Manage annual and interim resident recertifications, rent changes, and unit transfers
• conduct interviews and prepare compliance files
• maintain compliance with housing programs and regulations
• support office operations, collections, deposits, notices, accounts payable, and reporting
• assist with resident concerns, applications, leasing, service requests, and inspections.
