Assistant Store Manager — Donated Goods

The Assistant Store Manager role is onsite in Blacks Ford, FL, and is full-time. Pay is $19 per hour. The position supports the Donated Goods department at Goodwill of North Florida and assists with daily store operations and sales results. The assistant manager helps process donated goods, train and develop staff, support customer and donor service, and maintain store operations, including opening or closing when the Store Manager and Key Holder are absent.
