Activities Assistant

Job overview

The Activities Assistant role is onsite in Maple Heights, OH. Pay is $16 per hour. The position reports to the Activity Director and supports resident programs guided by residents’ assessments and care plans. The assistant helps plan, implement, and evaluate recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs. The role contributes to resident engagement and supports activities appropriate to residents’ needs.

What you'll do

• Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs in accordance with residents’ assessments and care plans
• communicate information concerning residents’ conditions
• work with residents, families, visitors, and staff
• complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.
