The Sales Administrator — Weddings and Events role is onsite in Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ, with compensation of $22–$24 per hour. LBI National Golf & Resort is developing as an event and resort destination focused on guest experiences. This role supports the Wedding, Corporate, and Social Event Sales teams by coordinating client and event information from booking through execution, helping maintain accurate records and supporting successful events and revenue activity.

What you'll do

• Support event sales managers
• prepare and maintain contracts, proposals, banquet event orders, floor plans, and event documentation
• maintain client records in CRM and event systems
• coordinate meetings, tastings, tours, and appointments
• track event details and requests
• communicate updates to operational departments
• prepare sales and revenue reports
• assist with deposit tracking, invoicing coordination, and payment follow-up
• support internal meetings and post-event follow-up.
