Resident Care Coordinator

The role manages and administers resident services to maintain quality care, support regulatory compliance, and coordinate communication among residents, families, staff, physicians, and pharmacy as needed.

What you'll do

• Manage, direct, and administer resident services under company policies, standards of practice, and government regulations. Monitor compliance with care, meal service, activities, housekeeping, laundry, infection-control, resident-rights, and other applicable policies. Assist with admissions, required information and assessments, and Negotiated Service Agreements
• support periodic reviews and family communication. Participate in staff selection, orientation, and competence monitoring
• communicate with physicians and pharmacy as required. A current, unrestricted LPN or RN license and CPR certification are required. Weekend and holiday work may be necessary.
