Operations Program Manager

The role strengthens program accountability, cross-functional coordination, customer communication, and on-time delivery by tracking milestones, surfacing risks, and coordinating recovery actions.

What you'll do

• Coordinate assigned customer programs and manufacturing orders end to end
• review purchase orders, delivery commitments, and milestones
• establish execution plans and track readiness
• coordinate engineering, programming, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, scheduling, and shipping
• monitor schedule deviations and delivery risks
• prepare customer updates and program reports
• maintain action items and risk registers
• support quality, compliance, recovery planning, and process standardization.
