The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Tewksbury, MA. Compensation is $85,000–$95,000 per year, with a potential discretionary annual incentive of up to $6,000. The role supports Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy’s work using one-to-one applied behavior analysis to create meaningful changes in children’s lives. The BCBA supervises behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, manages a small caseload, and reviews session data with staff and families to adjust individualized treatment plans. Family consultation and team supervision help guide consistent behavioral support.

What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision to BTs and RBTs
• manage and supervise a small caseload
• review session data with staff and families
• interpret results and modify individualized treatment plans
• observe and meet with staff and families
• consult with families about treatment, behavior modification, or staff concerns.
