What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner using standardized recipes
• plate and garnish cooked items
• support the Dietary Manager’s duties during their absence
• clean the kitchen and culinary equipment
• manage inventory and stock rotation, assist with purchasing, and support recipe development and compliance
• handle last-minute requests for special events and facility functions.
