What you'll do

• Transport Jordan Valley Senior Care participants in a specially equipped van
• operate wheelchair lifts and tie-down equipment
• assist participants on and off the van
• follow and adjust routes and schedules
• maintain the vehicle and program records
• report changes in participants’ functioning to a licensed nurse
• assist with coordination of 24-hour care delivery.
