What you'll do

• Make high-volume cold calls and outreach by phone, email, Indeed, and LinkedIn
• identify and engage school-district decision-makers
• develop existing administrator relationships
• coordinate target regions and disciplines with sales and talent directors
• hand off qualified opportunities
• maintain leads and activity in Crelate ATS
• track pipeline and report outreach, conversions, and results
• meet activity and lead-generation goals
• travel up to 10% for quarterly meetings, conferences, and district visits. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of school sales or healthcare agency experience required.
