What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and shoppers
• respond to incidents and critical situations according to site protocols
• conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and observe activity
• document incidents and policy violations and communicate relevant information.
