What you'll do

• Manage food production and back-of-house operations using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and systems
• ensure food quality, recipe, and cleanliness standards
• support restaurant operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager
• complete the management training program.
