Slitter Converting Operator — 1st Shift

The Slitter Converting Operator role is onsite in Roseville, MN. Pay is $24–$28 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, and Friday, 6:00 AM–12:00 PM. The role supports a label and packaging manufacturing operation. The operator converts finished materials into customer-ready products by setting up and running slitting equipment and supporting related processes as needed. The role maintains product quality, production documentation, and a safe, organized work area.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate slitting equipment for label and packaging production
• support laminating, coating, and other converting processes as needed
• load materials and prepare machines
• monitor performance and adjust equipment to maintain quality
• inspect finished products against customer specifications
• follow work orders and production schedules
• troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns
• complete production documentation and material tracking
• maintain a clean, safe work area and follow quality standards.
