What you'll do

• Prepare menu items by slicing, chopping, and grilling
• coordinate timing with kitchen teammates
• set up workstations with ingredients and equipment
• assist kitchen staff when requested
• maintain a sanitized, safe, and orderly kitchen
• monitor stock, refill items, and place orders for shortages.
