Staff Accountant

The role collaborates with underwriting, operations, and finance teams and contributes to audits and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and financial adjustments for month-end and year-end close
• reconcile balance-sheet accounts
• assist with STAT (SAP) and GAAP reporting
• support cash and settlement processes
• assist with reinsurance accounting and reporting
• collaborate with underwriting, operations, and finance
• prepare audit documentation and respond to requests
• contribute to process and system improvements.
