• counsel patients on nutrition, healthy eating, and lifestyle changes
• monitor and document progress and adjust plans as needed
• collaborate with medical and clinical staff on patient groups
• develop and distribute nutrition education materials
• provide staff training as appropriate
• and be available for consultation during normal working hours.
