Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in San Diego, CA, with compensation of $22–$23 per hour. This technician maintains the functionality, safety, and appearance of the communities so residents have a positive living experience. The work includes repairs, inspections, service requests, unit turnovers, and coordination with property management and other team members.

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
