What you'll do

• Provide personal care and support to seniors at home
• assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
• help with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• provide medication reminders
• document client condition and notify a supervisor of concerns
• maintain safe, unobstructed pathways.
