What you'll do

• Assist with activity programming from planning through execution
• document resident needs and participation confidentially
• communicate resident feedback to the Life Enrichment Director
• drive residents in the company vehicle for scheduled activities and church runs
• attend weekend, evening, and holiday functions when necessary
• help decorate for holidays and special events
• support resident-centered programs.
