What you'll do

• Assist with agency business goals under mutually agreed expectations
• respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• communicate with customers and support business development.
