The role exists to help design, develop, and support accessible, on-brand web and email communications. It contributes to marketing goals through CMS page planning, digital design, accessibility practices, learning resources, and analysis of web traffic and digital metrics.

What you'll do

• Plan site page layouts and navigation in university CMS platforms, including WordPress and proprietary systems
• assist with hard-coded email design and development
• ensure designs meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements and brand standards
• contribute to guidelines, learning materials, and research on digital systems and accessibility
• analyze and report site traffic, Google Analytics, and other digital metrics.
