What you'll do

• Provide assigned personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and feeding assistance
• prepare meals as assigned
• assist with ambulation, exercise, transfers, and positioning
• provide medication reminders as allowed by state regulations
• observe and report patient condition changes
• document care
• maintain a clean and orderly living area
• provide respite when appropriate.
