What you'll do

• Monitor mission-critical operations and employee locations
• assess flight, hotel, destination, and transportation risks
• dispatch security officers, facilities, and EMS personnel during incidents
• answer routine and emergency calls
• track security system maintenance and repairs
• send urgent communications to crisis and operational leaders
• compile and report incident information
• monitor CCTV and alarms
• operate telephone and radio equipment
• escalate critical information
• coordinate with security providers, law enforcement, and emergency services
• provide limited access badge support as needed.
