Speech Language Pathologist - Home Care in Bronx, NY. This is a per diem, onsite position. Pay is $70-$75 per visit on weekdays in the Bronx. This role involves designing and delivering personalized, one-on-one rehabilitative therapy programs for patients dealing with challenging disorders or recovering from surgery, illness, or accident, and assessing progress within their day-to-day lives.

What you'll do

• Conducts comprehensive assessment of patients by determining patient needs, develops courses of action including treatment plan and outcomes.
• Delivers personalized rehabilitation therapy to patients in their home or care facilities.
• Constantly evaluates evolving patient needs and responds with plan of care adjustments.
