What you'll do

• Obtain and record vital signs and report deviations
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, nutrition, ambulation, transfers, positioning, and medication reminders
• follow individual service plans and task sheets
• communicate status changes
• use infection-control procedures
• maintain safe and clean environments
• document progress
• encourage activity participation
• uphold HIPAA confidentiality
• attend required meetings and training.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), six months of caregiving experience, and completion of a medication management course required; Nurse’s Aide certification preferred but not required; CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
