What you'll do

• Respond to after-hours calls from clients, families, and caregivers
• manage call-outs, cancellations, shift changes, and emergency coverage
• coordinate replacement caregivers
• address urgent staffing concerns
• maintain scheduling records and document communications
• update management and scheduling teams
• occasionally fill in for caregiver shifts when necessary.
